Select commercial and industrial components of New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) are now available to New Jersey oil, propane, cooperative and municipal electric customers that previously were not eligible for incentives under the program. Commercial and Industrial customers served by non investor-owned utilities are eligible to participate in the following NJCEP initiatives:  Pay for Performance, Local Government Energy Audit or Direct Install. Funding is provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Applicants will be subject to special federal ARRA terms and conditions as described in the complete program application package.
