Direct Install offers a streamlined process to energy efficiency for owners of small to mid-sized buildings with a monthly peak demand of 150 kW or less. Replace your old equipment or lighting system with energy-efficient technology and Direct Install pays 70% of the total project cost. It all begins with a FREE, no obligation energy assessment to identify cost-justified measures eligible for incentives. | Free Energy Benchmarking |

Benchmarking is a process for evaluating the energy use performance of commercial, industrial, and municipal buildings. This service is currently available free of charge to owners, managers and administrators of hospitals and healthcare buildings, municipalities, industries, multifamily properties, the hospitality sector, colleges and universities, K-12 schools, retail and other commercial facilities. Benchmarking assesses performance by comparing data from similar facilities and sometimes by comparing energy use data, year-to-year, within the same building. The information is used to identify your most and least energy efficient buildings, effectively target operations and maintenance efforts and significantly increase energy savings.
