Comprehensive Design Support Comprehensive Design Support is an integrated process to maximize facility quality and energy efficiency for large projects that are in the conceptual or design stage.

All parties to Design Support (building owner, design team, and the Commercial/Industrial Market Manager will complete and sign a Design Support Agreement. Click here to review and/or download the Design Support Agreement.

For projects already beyond the conceptual stage, Modified Design Support is a streamlined process incorporating incentives and design support to encourage efficiency improvements for one or more electric end-use applications.

Both of these paths incorporate significant design incentives to offset project engineering fees related to the analysis of premium-efficiency alternatives. Projects utilizing either Comprehensive Design Support or Modified Design Support may qualify for a Multiple Measures Bonus by implementing two or more energy-efficiency measures.

In addition to Design Support, qualifying projects are automatically eligible for any applicable Equipment Incentives as well as ongoing, no-cost Technical Assistance!
