The publication or sharing of this list should not be considered, in any way, to be an endorsement, recommendation or promotion, either expressed or implied, of any of the trade allies listed thereon by the Market Manager. Accordingly, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to investigate and determine the technical capabilities and reliability of the Trade Ally prior to entering into a contract for services provided by that Trade Ally. Customers agree that their selection of any of the Trade Allies on this list is completely voluntary and made without any promise, guarantee, coercion, threat or force by the Market Manager or the NJ Board of Public Utilities’ Office of Clean Energy.

This listing is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of qualified Trade Allies. It is not necessary for a Trade Ally to appear on this list in order for a customer to qualify for the incentives provided in the New Jersey SmartStart Buildings Program.
