The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and its Office of Clean Energy issued the 2006 Clean Energy Leadership Awards to showcase New Jersey institutions, manufacturers, businesses, schools, and communities that have made powerful choices to select energy efficient and renewable energy technologies that benefit their businesses and communities.

Jeanne M. Fox, President of the Board of Public Utilities, told the 2006 winners, “The growing number of individuals, businesses, and communities who demonstrate leadership through their policies, advance the market for clean energy. Their success will encourage other New Jersey residential and business communities to follow in their footsteps.”
