**Funding available for oil, propane and municipal electric customers**

Effective July 1, 2012, funding was extended for oil, propane and municipal electric customers who wish to participate in the WARMAdvantage and COOLAdvantage Programs. The funding will be available until funds are fully exhausted. Since funds are almost expended, applications will be accepted and processed on a first come, first serve basis.

Programs are also available for commercial and industrial customers served by non investor-owned utilities.

Home Performance with ENERGY STAR
	Funding is temporarily unavailable for oil, propane, and municipal electric customers who wish to participate in the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program. Please check back periodically for information regarding new potential funding.
WARMAdvantage
	WARMAdvantage provides incentives of up to $400 for installing, or replacing existing, high efficiency heating equipment such as furnaces, boilers, and water heaters. Select a properly trained contractor certified by North American Technician Excellence (NATE). It's not just the quality of the equipment installed, it's also the quality of the installation.
COOLAdvantage
	COOLAdvantage offers up to $500 in incentives to New Jersey residents for installing, or replacing existing, energy-efficient ductless mini-split AC systems, heat pumps, and/or geothermal heat pumps. Contractors check to ensure that the cooling equipment is properly sized and operating efficiently.
