The Community Partners Initiative has implemented incentives to enhance support for municipalities and for greater participation in NJCEP Programs. Additional resources available to the public include Sustainable Jersey which provides information on a certification program for municipalities that want to go green, as well as providing grants and resources for maintaining a sustainable environment.
“The Community Partners program has given us an opportunity to really take advantage of all New Jersey’s Clean Energy programs. Our community is constantly looking for ways to become more energy efficient, and the Community Partners program provides us with educational information on how to ‘Go Green,’ in addition to supporting our efforts with marketing materials and outreach strategies.”
