Please note that funding is temporarily unavailable for oil, propane and municipal electric customers who wish to participate in these programs.

However, the Commercial and industrial programs are available for customers served by non investor-owned utilities.

Home Performance with ENERGY STAR
	This program offers whole house solutions to improve your home's comfort and reduce energy costs by up to 30%. A Building Performance Institute contractor will perform a home assessment identifying energy-efficient recommendations. The program provides up to $5,000 in incentives plus 0% financing to pay for energy-efficient improvements. Call a contractor today!
WARMAdvantage
	This program provides incentives of up to $400 for installing, or replacing existing, high efficiency heating equipment such as furnaces, boilers, and water heaters. Select a properly trained contractor certified by North American Technician Excellence (NATE). It's not just the quality of the equipment installed, it's also the quality of the installation.
COOLAdvantage
	This program offers up to $500 in incentives to New Jersey residents for installing, or replacing existing, energy-efficient central air conditioners, ductless mini-split AC systems, heat pumps, and/or geothermal heat pumps. Contractors check to ensure that the cooling equipment is properly sized and operating efficiently.
