Home Performance with ENERGY STAR, brought to you by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and New Jersey's Clean Energy Program, uses a "whole house" approach.  Specially trained and certified technicians assess your home from top to bottom, testing:

• Heating and cooling equipment
• Insulation Levels
• Air leakage
• Windows and doors
• Appliances and lighting

You will receive a detailed plan with recommended measures, costs and payback analysis.  Low-interest financing or cash incentives are available.

New for 2008!  The Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program is offering assessments to NJ homeowners for just $250* (a $500 value).  Regardless of who you choose for the assessment (the program or a participating contractor) there is the potential of receiving $250 back from the program to offset the cost or part of the cost of the home assessment depending on the amount of completed work you have conducted.  Call 1-866-NJSMART for more information.
