WARMAdvantage Checklist
- Call Us.
Call 866-NJSMART to learn how to reduce your energy bill and receive rebates for choosing energy efficient equipment.
- Get the Most for your Money.
Select a properly trained contractor certified by North American Technician Excellence (NATE). It's not just the quality of the equipment installed, it's also the quality of the installation. It takes good training and advanced technology to properly install today's high efficiency equipment.
- Don't Heat the Outdoors.
Before putting in a new boiler, furnace, or water heater, schedule a Home Performance assessment to find out where energy is being wasted. If your home does not have enough insulation, or leaks too much air, even the most efficient unit will waste energy.
Does your water heater look like this?

If so, it is a gas water heater and you should read this information.
