Instructions
1. Download the Application Documents for the technology you are planning to upgrade from the table below. Applicants or their designated contractor/vendor must submit a signed application for the appropriate type of equipment, and a fully completed and accompanying measure worksheet. Specific program requirements, incentive levels and, an application checklist can be found listed on each respective form linked below.
2. Submit the application package via one of the methods identified on the form: email, mail, fax, or online portal.
The online submission process will allow you to track the status of your application, and if you create an account, you will be able to link all subsequent applications for ease of tracking, autofill of basic contact information fields on subsequent applications, and copy applications. You are encouraged to set up an account if you will be submitting multiple applications. View instructions here.
