Effective July 1, 2012, funding was extended for oil, propane and municipal electric customers who wish to participate in the WARMAdvantage and COOLAdvantage Programs. The funding will be available until June 30, 2013 or until the funds are fully exhausted, whichever comes first.

• Get the Most for your Money.
  Select a properly trained contractor certified by North American Technician Excellence (NATE). It's not just the quality of the equipment installed, it's also the quality of the installation. It takes good training and advanced technology to properly install today's high efficiency equipment.

• Don't Cool the Outdoors.
  Before putting in a new air conditioner or heat pump, schedule a Home Performance assessment to find out where energy is being wasted. If your home does not have enough insulation, or leaks too much air, even the most efficient unit will waste energy.
