Subscriber Organizations
A community solar subscriber organization is any entity that does any of the following:
- Acquires original subscribers for a community solar project;
- Acquires replacement subscribers over the lifetime of a community solar project;
- Manages subscribers for a community solar project.
All community solar subscriber organizations wishing to operate in New Jersey are required to register with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. All currently registered community solar subscriber organizations are listed below:

- I was contacted by an organization that is on this list. Does that mean the Board guarantees their offer?
No, the Board cannot guarantee any offers or promises made by a subscriber organization. Please always read your contract carefully. If you have any questions, contact communitysolar@njcleanenergy.com.
